Q: Can I purchase below the minimum?
A: A plate fee of $150 will be applied for Orders below minimum.
Q: Can I purchase larger quantities like 50,000 boxes?
A: At Avco, we have the flexibility to handle both small and large orders. We can arrange a consultation over the phone to go over all the specifics and account information.
Q: Can I schedule my order to be delivered on a monthly or weekly basis?
A: Yes, based on your address and location we can arrange for desired frequency of deliveries.
Q: Can you get a bulk discount across multiple products/sizes or is it only for 1 product/size?
A: Yes, please email us with details of products you are interested in!
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: No, not at this time.
Q: Do you offer colored cups or is white the only color?
A: Yes, we can customize your cup full coverage on our hot cup and cold cup “paper” cups.
Q: Can you print full color images on Wax Paper?
A: At this time we are limited to 1-color prints on wax paper. When you upload your logo please select the solid color you would like us to print your logo in.
Q: Do you send proofs before printing?
A: Yes, our art department will email you a proof to approve before printing your order.
Q: Are your paper products made from recycled paper?
A: Our products are made from recycled paper, and/or sustainable forestry, which is viewed as better for the environment.
Q: What is the production lead time?
A: Based on the specific product and amount you order, all customized items ship out on average of 2-3 weeks.
Q: Do you have the ability to rush a job for an event that is in less than 2 weeks?
A: Yes, but in doing so there may be additional rush fees to expedite your order.
