Well. This is my second order wrong from you all. The print is fuzzy the QR code on the bottom should have been linked to my company and is linked to yours - I’ve not heard from Elizabeth who I texted twice about this nor Jesse whom I emailed. I’m an affiliate and have a very hard time at this point in my level of confidence referring and talking about you on social media.

We wanted to like this company. The product concept is solid, and we came in excited to create something custom for our business. Unfortunately, the experience was exhausting.

We submitted a print-ready file, but their team chose to recreate it from scratch, which introduced design issues and led to multiple unnecessary revision rounds. Communication was minimal unless we reached out first, and the project dragged on for months longer than expected.

What truly stood out was the response from a supervisor when we raised concerns. We were told:

“We can not 100% guarantee printing… If you are that concerned Maybe we are not the company for you… There will be imperfections. This is not perfect space age printing of the future. The order does not warrant this amount of effort and concern on all parties involved.”

That message made it clear our business wasn’t valued, and that professionalism was not a priority.

If you’re considering working with this company, be prepared to do most of the follow-up yourself. And unless your expectations are extremely low, don’t count on much accountability if something goes wrong.
